Milwaukee have beaten Cleveland 118-101 in Matthew Dellavedova's first game against his former NBA team.

Australian Dellavedova had three points, three rebounds and seven assists, against the team he won the championship with last season as the Bucks ended Cleveland's four-game winning streak.

Giannis Antetokounmpo starred for the Bucks when he tied a career-high 34 points on Tuesday, with the Greek star adding 12 rebounds and five assists.

Jabari Parker had 18 points and Michael Beasley had 17 off the bench for the Bucks.

LeBron James had 22 points for the Cavaliers, who fell to 13-3 while teammate Kyrie Irving added 20 points.

Milwaukee led by 22 points in the fourth quarter and cruised past the defending champions, who benched their starters midway through the final period.

The Bucks outscored Cleveland by 14 points in the third quarter.

In San Antonio, Dellavedova's Australian Boomers teammate Patty Mills scored seven points, and had two rebounds and two assists in the Spurs' 95-83 loss to the Orlando Magic.

In other matches, Tobias Harris has led the Detroit Pistons to a 112-89 win over the Charlotte Hornets.

Forward Harris poured in 24 points while the Pistons' Australian centre Aron Baynes had eight points and eight rebounds as Detroit recorded their third straight win on Tuesday.

The Pistons hadn't played since Saturday and looked much fresher throughout the game in snapping Charlotte's two-game winning streak.

Detroit took a 10-point lead into the fourth quarter after Kentavious Caldwell-Pope knocked down a pair of three-pointers late in the third.

Things became sloppy from there with the Hornets turning the ball over frequently on bad passes, and the game quickly turning into a blowout.

Meanwhile, Anthony Davis had 41 points and 16 rebounds, helping the New Orleans Pelicans dominate the Los Angeles Lakers 105-88.

In New York, Sean Kilpatrick scored 31 of his career-high 38 points after the third quarter and the Brooklyn Nets stopped a seven-game losing streak with a 127-122 double-overtime victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
