Three men accused of murdering missing mother Simone Quinlan have been ordered to provide DNA samples.

Police allege Melton men Brendan Neil, Dylan Jez and Wayne Marmo murdered the mother of two at Bacchus Marsh on August 25.

Marmo, 24, appeared before the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday while Jez, 23, and Neil, 28, both requested not to face the court.

During the brief filing hearing Magistrate Jonathan Klestadt ordered all three men undergo DNA testing.

He also granted a police application for CCTV footage of the men.

They did not apply for bail and have been remanded in custody until their next court appearance in February.

Ms Quinlan, 33, was last seen driving from a service station about 11pm on August 24.

She has two sons, aged five and 12.
