An annoyed reporter yelled out "Do your job, Sarah" following White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders' first briefing in three weeks.

Ms Huckabee Sanders had not held a press briefing for 21 days before she took to the podium and spoke to reporters for 15 minutes.

Reporters continued to ask questions as she left the room, before one reporter said loudly: "Do your job, Sarah."

Breakfast Media White House correspondent Andrew Feinberg lashed out at Ms Huckabee Sanders on Twitter after the 15-minute briefing.

He pointed out she is paid "money raised from US taxpayers" to answer important questions.

During the White House briefing, Ms Huckabee Sanders answered questions regarding Michael Flynn's court case and funding for Donald Trump's border wall.

She also dodged questions over the announcement that the president's charity was being dissolved.
