Fremantle midfielder Harley Bennell has injured his calf yet again but he's still likely to earn a new deal for next year.

Fremantle midfielder Harley Bennell could miss the rest of the AFL season after suffering another calf injury.

Bennell injured his left calf in the WAFL on Saturday and the damage is being assessed.

The 25-year-old has notched just two games for the Dockers in three years at the club but he's likely to be given a new deal for next season.
