Dolphins have been found either dead or dying in record-breaking numbers in the Atlantic Ocean, off the United States.

So far 179 dolphins have died on Cape Cod in Massachusetts in a little over a month.

Scientists fear it could be due to a change in sea temperature -- as the region experiences its mildest winter in a hundred years.

At the same time, a rare and endangered whale species has also changed its behaviour patterns.

Morland Sanders from Channel 4 News has more.
