Domino's has completed the 79 million euro ($A120 million) purchase of Germany's largest pizza delivery company.
Domino's on Tuesday said it had wrapped up the acquisition of 212 Joey's Pizza stores.
The fast food giant announced the deal in December, saying it was expected to help boost profit by nearly a third.
Domino's last week completed the 35 million euro acquisition of 89 Pizza Sprint stores in neighbouring France.
