Domino's Pizza has completed its 35 million-euro ($A54.15 million) acquisition of 89 Pizza Sprint stores in France.

The acquisition, which was announced in October and completed on Tuesday (Paris time), lifts the number of Domino's stores in France to 330.

The pizza delivery chain funded the deal through existing and additional debt.

"Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited is pleased to advise that the acquisition of Pizza Sprint was completed overnight," Domino's said in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange.
