Manchester crowds have broken into an emotional chorus of hometown rock group Oasis's Don't Look Back in Anger after a minute of silent tribute to the victims of concert bombing.
The northern English city is mourning those killed in a suicide bombing at a pop concert packed with young people on Monday night, which left 22 people dead and dozens injured.
One woman started the song and was quickly joined at the chorus by the crowds surrounding her, followed by clapping and cheering.
"And so Sally can wait, she knows it's too late as we're walking on by/Her soul slides away, 'But don't look back in anger', I heard you say," they sang of the 1996 hit on Thursday.
The tragedy has brought out the strong will and unity of a city famous for its pioneering culture.
