Dreamworld will reopen on Saturday, six weeks after four people died at the Gold Coast theme park, but without many of its main attractions.
Its sister park WhiteWater World will also open its doors again on what will be the first day of Queensland's summer school holidays.
Kate Goodchild, Luke Dorsett, Roozi Araghi and Cindy Low were killed when the popular Thunder River Rapids ride malfunctioned on October 25.
"Our hearts and thoughts remain firmly with the families and their loved ones involved in this tragic incident, and we will continue to keep their representatives informed of our plans," Dreamworld CEO Craig Davidson said.
Many key attractions at Dreamworld will remain closed as they are yet to complete a four-tier safety review ordered after the tragedy.

Facilities that have been given the all-clear include its wildlife areas, entertainment and family attractions.
"Other rides will open progressively as they are signed off by the safety review process," Mr Davidson added.
Dreamworld has already announced the Thunder River Rapids ride will be decommissioned.
All slides and pools at neighbouring WhiteWater World will reopen.
Dreamworld will donate $25 from every ticket sale over the weekend to the Australian Red Cross.
Funds raised will be distributed to the families and those most affected by the tragedy.
Special ticket prices will be in place for the summer, while season-pass holders will receive an extra six months entry.
