Oil and gas producer Drillsearch Energy says production has fallen marginally but revenue is down 13 per cent due to lower oil prices.

Production was at 0.812 million barrels of oil equivalent (mmboe) in the three months to December, compared to 0.814 mmboe in the September quarter 2015, the company says.

Despite the flat production, revenue slumped 13 per cent to $46.1 million, from $52.8 million in the previous quarter as oil prices slumped below $US30 a barrel.
