According to Berris Crossin - a driver with Canberra Hire Cars - Mr Slipper would ask to fill out four or five Cabcharge dockets to cover a single trip because "it didn't look as bad as one big fare", News Limited reported on Wednesday.
"Instead of having one big hit, he will do it over half a dozen," she told the Daily Telegraph.

Mr Slipper, a former Liberal turned independent MP, has stood aside as Speaker pending a possible criminal investigation into allegations he misused taxpayer-funded Cabcharge vouchers.
He strenuously denies the allegations, as well as civil claims he sexually harassed a male staffer.
Mr Slipper told the newspaper all Cabcharges were "completed correctly and were for travel within entitlement" and that it was "appropriate that the passenger would complete the Cabcharge forms, making sure they are correct, then sign the Cabcharge forms and give to the driver".
According to Department of Finance records, Mr Slipper spent $575 for six trips on April 19, 2010 - with one fare costing $75.68 and described by Mr Slipper as "city to city", News Limited reported.
