Almost $1.8 million in cash and 78 kilograms of cannabis have been seized during raids on an alleged drug syndicate operating out of Brisbane's south.
About 446 grams of ice, 232 grams of cocaine, 220 grams of MDMA and 90 grams of heroin were also allegedly found when detectives searched two homes at Forest Lake on Tuesday, Queensland Police said in a statement.
An undisclosed amount of cash and drugs was also seized during separate raids at Forest Lake, Coopers Plains, Acacia Ridge and Augustine Heights on Wednesday.
"Investigations have identified a significant and sophisticated drug distribution network operating in the suburbs of Brisbane," Detective Inspector Mark Slater of the Drug and Serious Crime Group said in a statement.
"Being able to remove a significant amount of harmful drugs out of the community, effectively shut down an alleged drug supply network and confiscate their proceeds of crime is an outstanding result for us."
Three people, including a 37-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man, face a number of drugs offences in relation to Tuesday's raids and police say they expect to charge more people later on Wednesday.
