Paint company Dulux has bought UK premium brand Craig & Rose for an undisclosed sum.
ASX-listed Dulux says it will give details of the deal when it announces its full-year results in November, but notes the new business has annual sales of less than $10 million.
"For a modest investment, this acquisition provides us with a small, premium paint brand in the UK, together with local manufacturing, and is consistent with our strategy of growing niche positions in offshore markets," managing director Patrick Houlihan said in a statement on Thursday.
