Later this week the European Commission will come up with proposals to reform what's known as the Dublin Regulation - the rules on asylum in the European Union.

With Europe still in the middle of an unprecedented refugee crisis, the proposals are likely to be controversial.

European Corrospondent Kerry Skyring spoke to Peggy Giakoumelos about the Dublin regulation.
