Election campaign enters final two weeks

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd will bring in the fourth week of the election campaign in Sydney while the opposition leader is expected to start in Brisbane.

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd will be campaigning in Sydney as the countdown continues to the federal election.

With less than two weeks to go, Mr Rudd is expected to continue to pursue the coalition on its policy costings and plans for the federal budget if it wins government on September 7.

Mr Rudd is likely to be in and around Sydney on Monday and Tuesday.

Opposition Leader Tony Abbott will be in Brisbane on Monday, following the official launch of the coalition's election campaign on Sunday.
