Ben Simmons and JJ Redick have provided key support to NBA superstar Joel Embiid as the Philadelphia 76ers thumped the New York Knicks 117-91.
Australian point guard Simmons had 14 points, eight rebounds and seven assists and the sharp-shooting Redick poured in 24 points as the Sixers improved their imposing home record to 11-1.
But it was Embiid who was again the star turn, finishing with 26 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists for a league-best 21st double-double of the season.
"We didn't have an answer for any of them," Knicks coach David Fizdale said.
"We just got blitzed and we really didn't have an answer for anything they did."

Enes Kanter and Mario Hezonja had 17 points apiece for the Knicks.
Donovan Mitchell returned from a two-game absence with bruised ribs to score 29 points and lead the Utah Jazz to a 101-91 victory over the Brooklyn Nets.
Rudy Gobert had 23 points and 16 rebounds for the Jazz, while Australian swingman Joe Ingles chimed in with seven points, seven rebounds and five assists.
Ingles made his 530th career three-pointer, tying Darrell Griffith for fourth on Utah's all-time list.
Earlier in the day, the Jazz agreed to acquire veteran shooting guard Kyle Korver from the Cleveland Cavaliers, to help their shooting from beyond the arc.

Russell Westbrook moved into a tie for third place for triple-doubles with 23 points, 19 rebounds and 15 assists as the Oklahoma City Thunder completed a regular-season sweep of the short-handed Cleveland Cavaliers with a 100-83 victory.
