Eminent Person Group: Michael Kirby

Former High Court judge Michael Kirby is Australia's only member of a Commonwealth Eminent Persons Group, which is recommending major reforms.

An Eminent Persons Group will present a plan for reform of the Commonwealth union at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Perth.

A draft proposal of the reform was released earlier this year for public consultation.

Australia's representative on the group is former High Court judge Michael Kirby.

He spoke with Kristina Kukolja.
