Ex-Disneyland worker starts dating app

A former Disneyland worker has started a dating app for those who live near the theme parks and love all things Mickey.

You could try wishing upon a star - but it might be faster to enter a new dating website for Disney fans.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that MouseMingle.com has gained thousands of users since debuting last week.

Founder David Tavres said the website isn't just for those who live near theme parks in Florida and California, but for Disney fans around the world.

MouseMingle.com asks the same profile questions included on other dating sites, plus Disney-themed queries, such as a member's favourite Disney song or theme-park ride.

Tavres previously worked as a tour guide at Disneyland's Autopia attraction. He says he had trouble finding women his age who shared his love for all things Mickey.
