Rugby league fans will get a six-hour window to meet players from all 16 teams as part of the NRL Nines festival in Auckland.
The two-day Nines runs at Eden Park from January 31, but players from all teams will be at Aotea Square in downtown Auckland the day before for a meet and greet.
NRL commercial head Paul Kind says the teams will all rotate through Aotea Square on the day, so anyone prepared to be there for all six hours could meet all the players present.
Eden Park had 45,000 people attending on each day last year and Duco Events chief executive Martin Snedden says 38,000 two-day passes have been sold for this year's event, which is on par with the same stage last year.
The NRL will hold its season launch in Auckland on January 29, and other events include a high performance coaching conference, a referee workshop and a women in league leadership forum.
