Fantastic boss quits retailer

The furniture retailer and manufacturer said chief executive Stephen Heath has resigned, and a seach for his replacement has commenced.

Fantastic Holdings chief executive Stephen Heath has quit the furniture retailer and manufacturer.

Fantastic, which operates 134 stores across four furniture retail chains, including Fantastic Furniture, Plush, Le Cornu and the Original Mattress Factory, said Mr Heath will work with the board to find his replacement.

The company didn't provide a reason for his departure.
