Female road worker crushed by bobcat in WA

A female road worker has been crushed by a bobcat and is at Royal Perth Hospital in a critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

A road worker is fighting for her life after being crushed by a bobcat in Perth.

The worker was hit on Wednesday morning in Caversham, in Perth's northeast, and taken to Royal Perth Hospital with life-threatening leg and chest injuries.

She is in a critical condition, a hospital spokeswoman said.
