Victorian firefighters have launched a Justice for Fiskville campaign demanding the state government intervene in the blood-testing process for victims exposed to toxic chemicals at the defunct training facility.
United Firefighters Union member Mick Tisbury on Tuesday said the CFA and the MFB were not being transparent when it came to handling the blood test results.
"The MFB and CFA have been very careful about not advertising the fact that blood testing is (even) available," Mr Tisbury told reporters while standing beside 15 firefighters the union says have elevated levels of toxins in their blood.
"Some people are getting results handwritten on a piece of paper (while) other people are getting the full blood test report."
A parliamentary report released in June found firefighters at Fiskville had been exposed to toxic chemicals and contaminated water before the site was shut down last year.
Former CFA chief officer Brian Potter died in 2014 suffering a series of cancer-related illnesses after working for 15 years at the training facility.
The government has been given six months to respond to the report released in June which recommended the government monitor toxicity levels in all Victorian firefighters.
