Five suicide bombers have blown themselves up at a Syrian refugee camp in northeast Lebanon.

Five suicide bombers have blown themselves up during Lebanese army raids on two Syrian refugee camps in the Arsal area in northeast Lebanon, security sources say.

Four Lebanese soliders were injured in the attack, the Lebanese army says.
