Flight Centre has taken full ownership of 3Mundi after buying the 75 per cent of the Paris-based corporate travel business it did not already own.

The ASX-listed travel firm says it acquired the stake under a put-call option in place since it took its initial stake in June 2017.

Flight Centre says the financial terms of the deal are confidential but that it was funded through existing debt facilities.
