Flood watch remains for North East Vic

Flood watches remain in place for North East Victoria and the Goulburn and Broken Basins.

The Bureau of Meteorology warns as a low pressure system moves across the state heavy rainfall is expected over Sunday and Monday.

Significant stream rises are expected that may lead to minor flooding from Monday morning.
