Fringe Wallabies winger Luke Morahan has re-signed with the Western Force for the 2017 Super Rugby season.

Morahan has notched 32 appearances for the Force since crossing from Queensland at the end of 2013.

The 26-year-old was called up to the Wallabies' squad for the recent Test series against England, but he was unable to add to the one cap he earned in 2012.

Morahan's re-signing comes one day after the Force lured Queensland Reds prop Ben Daley to the club on a one-year deal.

But the Force face an uphill battle to retain centre Kyle Godwin who is rumoured to be on the move to the Brumbies.
