Six months after their life-changing surgery, formerly conjoined twins Angelina and Angelica Sabuco are right on track on their road to recovery and living their life separately.

Last year, the two-year-old twins underwent a 10-hour operation at Lucille Packard Hospital in California and are enjoying life like any other child their age.

"They are so active and they have their own dreams," says the twins' aunt Marites Sabuco.
