Four people burned by fires in Victoria

Four people were burned by fires in Victoria over the weekend, prompting a warning from Ambulance Victoria to take care around flames.

Four people have been treated for burns in fire accidents in Victoria over the weekend, including one man who suffered critical injuries.

A teen from Wodonga fell into a fire and burned both his hands on Saturday, and on Sunday a man fell into a fire in Frankston also causing burns to his hands, Ambulance Victoria says.

Also in Sunday, a baby fell against a hot fire screen in Humevale and was burned, and a man from Warragul in his 60s threw petrol on a fire, causing a flare-up and leaving him with critical burns.
