Four Rebels changes for Stormers clash

Wallabies back Jack Maddocks is among the injured Melbourne Rebels players to be ruled out of their Super Rugby home clash with the Stormers.

Melbourne have made four changes to their Super Rugby starting XV as they look to bank their first win over a South African opponent this season when they host the Stormers at AAMI Park.

Young Wallabies back Jack Maddocks is out with a minor knee injury, lock Matt Philip has a bruised heel and hooker Anaru Rangi has an ankle issue, while prop Sam Talakai has been rotated into the starting side for Friday night's game.

The Rebels are aiming to extend their lead at the top of the Australian conference with a third successive victory.
