More than a dozen people are still being treated for injuries suffered when a bus carrying Defence Force Academy personnel rolled in southern NSW.
One has very serious injuries and three others have serious injuries following the crash near Goulburn on Saturday.
About 50 Defence Force Academy officer cadets and midshipmen were returning from a military training exercise when the accident happened.
Thirty were taken to hospital with varying injuries, and 16 of those have since been discharged and returned to duty, the Department of Defence said in a statement on Sunday.
The rest remain in hospital or military health centres.
Defence is providing counselling and other support to those involved in the accident and their families and colleagues.
"Awful news today with #yourADF people injured in bus crash in NSW. Thnx to Emergency Services & hospitals involved," vice chief of the Australian Defence Force Ray Griggs tweeted.
The bus driver was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine tests.
