Four-year-old girl drowns at NSW aquatic centre

A four-year-old girl has drowned in the swimming pool at an aquatic centre in Orange, in central west NSW.

A child has drowned in a public pool at an aquatic centre in the NSW city of Orange.

The girl, 4, was found motionless at the bottom of the pool on Saturday afternoon and could not be revived despite the efforts of her family, lifeguards and paramedics.

Police are speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV footage.
