Free Syrian Army changes tactics

The BBC has been on the frontline with rebel Syrian fighters engaged in luring Syrian government troops into combat.

Over thirty Syrian soldiers including a General and other senior officers have crossed into Turkey after defecting from President Assad's forces.

They are the latest group to switch sides and join the Free Syrian Army fighting the regime. The BBC has been on patrol with increasingly organised Syrian rebel fighters luring Syrian government troops to their deaths.
