French bikie deported from Australia

A French bikie has been deported from Australia after Border Force officers established he had links to gang members in Sydney.

A French member of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang has been deported from Australia after being refused entry into the country at Perth Airport.

The 44-year-old man, who arrived on a flight from Singapore on Saturday, was held in the Perth Immigration Detention Centre until his removal from Australia on Sunday.

Border Force said the man had links to gang members in Sydney and his visa was cancelled on the basis that he presented a risk to the health, safety or good order of the community.
