NSW prop Aaron Woods has declared injured Blues teammates Tyson Frizell and Boyd Cordner as certainties to play in the State of Origin series decider.

Frizell (back and ribs) and skipper Cordner (calf) were selected in the squad for game three despite being under injury clouds ahead of next week's showdown with Queensland.

The duo are among a host of NSW players battling issues including James Tedesco (ankle) and Josh Dugan (knee).

Woods believes they will all play.

"I think more than likely everyone's going to play so it's good news for the Blues," Woods told Fox Sports' NRL 360.

"If I was a betting man I'd say 100 per cent."

On Monday scans revealed Frizell had suffered his second rib injury in as many months after he required pain-killing injections before Origin II.

But in an encouraging sign, he is set to participate in the Blues' light training session on day three of their camp in Kingsville on Wednesday.

"'T' (Frizell) is going to run tomorrow which is a good sign," Woods said.

While Woods' confidence in his teammates is unwavering, how Frizell and Cordner pull up from the Blues' final training sessions will be crucial.

"The big session is going to be Saturday and Sunday when we have a bit of contact and we do a bit of opposed work against another squad," Woods said.

Despite having his own injury issues, Frizell's St George Illawarra teammate Jack de Belin has declared himself fit to play if needed.
