FIVE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SA ELECTION CAMPAIGN SO FAR:
* POSTERGATE: Less than one day into the campaign and there was already rows over election posters. Liberal Vincent Tarzia claimed 100 of his were stolen within hours of going up while other Liberals were sprung for jumping the gun and putting theirs up too early.
* BACK TO HIS ROOTS: Premier Jay Weatherill revived some teenage memories with his first press conference of the campaign in the Lockley's Hotel where he had his first job as a cleaner. His dad George, a former Labor MP himself, was also on hand to share a beer and no doubt offer some fatherly advice.
* THE STUNT MASTER WARMS UP: Day one of the campaign and the master of political stunts, Nick Xenophon has already donned a sandwich board as he spruiked for votes at a local shopping centre. Is it a sign of some more fun things to come?
* STICKING TO HIS GUNS: Liberal Leader Steven Marshall bravely stuck to his guns that he won't form any sort of coalition with Nick Xenophon's SA-BEST or any other political groups or independents. It's a Liberal majority or bust for the former furniture factory boss.

* TITANIUM JAY: It's unclear who picked it but the choice of intro music for Premier Jay Weatherill at the Labor launch on Sunday was inspiring. Bidding to win Labor a record fifth straight term, Mr Weatherill greeted the party faithful as Adelaide star Sia's hit Titanium blasted from the speakers - "I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose".
