British police have offered a $15,000 reward for the capture of a fugitive suspected of shooting three people in northeast England.
Raoul Moat, 37, has been on the run since allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend, her boyfriend and a police officer on Saturday. The boyfriend died and the others were badly injured.
Northumbria Police offered the reward for information leading to the former nightclub bouncer's capture.

The father of three was released from jail on Thursday after being sentenced to 18 weeks' imprisonment for assault.
There is a police lockdown around the rural town of Rothbury in Northumberland, where a car believed to have been used by Moat was found.
Police said Wednesday they found a tent outside Rothbury where he had been living rough, and an eight-page letter to his ex-girlfriend.
In an earlier letter, Moat warned: "The public need not fear me but the police should as I won't stop till I'm dead."
Prime Minister David Cameron said Wednesday it was an "horrific case" and the thoughts of the country were with those affected.
Following last month's gun rampage in rural northwest England, which left 13 people dead, the current case is dominating British domestic news agendas.
