A much-loved toddler killed on his family's dairy farm in Victoria will be farewelled on Tuesday.

A funeral for two-year-old Darcy Membrey will be held at the Warrnambool Botanic Gardens after a fertiliser spreader collapsed on him at a dairy farm near Warrnambool on January 2.

"There will always be an empty spot at the morning tea table for his drinks and biscuits and the lollies he got from 'little Grandma'," his grandparents Bruce and Maureen Membrey wrote in a tribute.
