A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with rioting after a brawl involving up to 100 people at a train station in Sydney's west last month.

His detention brings the number of those arrested after the April 7 fight at Mount Druitt station to 18.

Police say they seized items including a Molotov cocktail, a knife and a golf club following the brawl, and a 54-year-old woman suffered head and neck injuries.

The 20-year-old man was arrested on Saturday in Fairfield, and will appear at Mt Druitt Local Court on June 30.
