Garissa killings part of 'trend of attacks' on educational institutions

Aid agency Save the Children says the attack in Kenya is part of an alarming trend of attacks on educational institutions.

Save the Children's Evan Schuurman told Greg Dyett the agency is encouraging countries to agree to guidelines drawn up late last year to protect schools and universities from armed conflicts.
