Pau Gasol has been named to replace injured Chicago Bulls teammate Jimmy Butler in this weekend's NBA All-Stars.

Butler was named as an Eastern Conference reserve by the coaches but he will be sidelined for at least three weeks with a left knee strain.

This marks the sixth All-Star selection for Gasol, who is averaging 17 points and 10.9 rebounds for the 27-24 Bulls.

The 65th NBA All-Star Game is on Sunday in Toronto.
