Wallabies fans can only hope halfback Will Genia is as good at keeping the All Blacks guessing as he is the rugby community about where he'll play his Super Rugby next season.
Genia signed a contract with the Australian Rugby Union last November and was recently released by French club Stade Francais.
A star of Queensland's 2011 Super title-winning team, Genia - who has played 116 games with the Reds - was immediately linked with a return to the club.
However, there was suggestions they would struggle to squeeze him onto their roster with halfbacks in Nick Frisby, James Tuttle and Moses Sorovi already on their books.
Adding to the intrigue was the uncertainty over the future of a couple of other potential suitors in the Melbourne Rebels and Western Force.

Genia himself gave little away at the Wallabies camp in Cessnock on Monday, other than an announcement on his future was imminent.
"It's pretty much finalised, I've just got to wait and nut out the last little bits of the detail and it should be announced soon," Genia told the media on Monday.
Asked if he would definitely land up in Queensland, he said: "I don't know where it is, I'm here just concentrating on the camp.
"My manager is taking care of that, so I'll just wait and see where I'm going to play."
Genia said he was in good shape and happy with his conditioning despite a virus limiting his participation in the Wallabies camp in Newcastle late last month.
Last week he was named as one of two new Wallabies' vice-captains alongside likely halves partner Bernard Foley.
"Just because you have a title... you can't change what it is that you do on the field and in terms of your communication," said Genia.
"Obviously there's a little bit more you might have to do off the field, particularly with the new group of players being so young and guys who are just getting fresh experience, not only with the Wallaby group, but against the All Blacks."
The 29-year-old 78-Test veteran has played on the losing side on 16 of his 18 matches against New Zealand heading into the opening Bledisloe Cup and Rugby Championship game in Sydney on August 19.
"It's the biggest challenge in rugby to play the All Blacks and beat the All Blacks," Genia said.
