Mother nature put on a show for witnesses around the Tampa Bay area in Florida. Many people caught the impressive waterspout on camera. Clear skies in the area made it visible from afar.

According to meteorologist Jim Weber, it lasted for about 10 minutes.

Waterspouts can do quick damage if they move ashore, tearing up porches, trees and lawn furniture. Once on land, they generally fall apart quickly.
