Giants pair injured in AFL

GWS midfielder Ryan Griffen has a hamstring injury and defender Nathan Wilson is sidelined with groin soreness.

Veteran GWS midfielder Ryan Griffen could be out of action for a month and teammate Nathan Wilson is set to miss a fortnight in the AFL.

Griffen strained his hamstring at training last week and will miss three to four weeks.

Wilson has groin soreness and missed last weekend's upset loss to Collingwood.

The Giants now expect him to be out of action for two to three weeks.

But defender Tim Mohr could return through the NEAFL this week after seven weeks out with a hamstring injury.
