Co-captain Phil Davis is once again an injury concern for GWS after they survived a big AFL challenge from Essendon.
Davis hurt his foot and fellow defender Nick Haynes was nursing a sore back in Sunday's 27-point win over the Bombers at Etihad Stadium.
After suffering the injury in the first term, Davis played out the match despite looking proppy at times.
Haynes landed heavily on his back late in the second term after colliding with Bombers forward Orazio Fantasia in a marking contest.
But he was also able to return in the last quarter as the Giants kicked clear.

Davis, whose AFL career has been punctuated with injuries, has already missed three games this season because of a hamstring problem.
"Phil, to his credit, he was really sore in his foot and we're not going to know until the next probably 24 hours how bad it is," said coach Leon Cameron.
"But he could play the game out, which was good.
"We know he's had a lot of injuries, but he just keeps on keeping on."
GWS have a six-day break before hosting Carlton.
Stephen Coniglio also appeared to hurt his shoulder, but Cameron is confident he will be available.
Ruckman Shane Mumford missed Sunday's game due to an ankle injury and Cameron said they would not know until Wednesday whether he will return against Carlton.
"We were sort of confident he was going to play (against Essendon)," Cameron added.
GWS trailed by two goals at half time and Cameron said they had a 40-minute lapse in the first half.
"The Bombers were playing that well, they were entitled to probably come in four or five goals up at half time," he said.
"So when we weren't playing at our best, we found a way to nullify that."
Matthew Kennedy kicked three goals on debut as the Giants proved too strong for Essendon in the second half.
While no forward starred for GWS, Cameron is pleased how their attack is performing and notes they are averaging more than 100 points per game.
"One thing I'm pleased about is we don't have a dominant forward at the moment," Cameron said.
"I have a lot of forwards who are hitting the scoreboard.
"I'd prefer not to have a dominant forward and have six forwards who are constantly contributing."
