The Prime Minister has told reporters in Perth that Mr Abbott's soon-to-be-unveiled plans are recycled.

Mr Abbott's welfare measures will require long-term unemployed Australians to move to where there's unskilled work or risk losing welfare payments .. and he also wants compulsory work-for-the-dole for those aged under 50 as well as a two-tiered payment system for the disability pension.

But Ms Gillard says Mr Abbott's "reheated" plans don't show where the money is coming from.
