Prime Minister Julia Gillard has graduated from stealing Kevin Rudd's job to stealing the coalition's jobs policy, says opposition treasury spokesman Joe Hockey says.
Ms Gillard unveiled a series of welfare reforms on Wednesday which she hopes to implement if her government retains office on August 21.
She wants to introduce bonuses for the long-term unemployed to encourage them to pull up stumps, a measure already flagged by Opposition Leader Tony Abbott.

People who have been out of a job for more than a year and who reside in an area of high unemployment would be eligible for the grant, which would reimburse their actual moving expenses.
Mr Hockey said Labor had stolen the coalition's policy.
"I'm quite astounded at how much their policy looks like ours," he told reporters in Sydney.
"Julia Gillard stole Kevin Rudd's job - now Julia Gillard is stealing Tony Abbott's policies."
