Education Minister Julia Gillard has offered to meet the union refusing to hand out national literacy and numeracy tests in an effort to break the impasse before the exam dates.
In a letter to the Australian Education Union, Ms Gillard says she's willing to talk to them about why the union's ban would be destructive.
But she's refused to discuss the contents of the MySchool website, saying details of school income resources and parental satisfaction will also be put on the site eventually.
