People will have varying views on the idea of storing high-level nuclear waste in South Australia, AFL legend and indigenous ambassador Adam Goodes says.
Goodes admits he's not fully across the recommendations to come out of SA's royal commission into expanding the state's role in the nuclear fuel cycle, but is confident the elders in his community will make the best decision for his people.
"Some people can see it as a terrible thing that's going to happen. Other people might see it as an opportunity," Goodes told reporters in Adelaide on Monday.
