Indigenous Health Minister Warren Snowdon said it righted an historical wrong.

Melanie Ngalmirama and Annie Elgregbud received the deed of grant yesterday.

Their native title claim to land surrounding the mining town of Jabiru, about 230 kilometres east of Darwin, began in 1997 which made it the longest-running in the Territory.
