Govers back for Kookaburras in Oceania Cup

Blake Govers and Eddie Ockenden are among the Kookaburras' 18-man squad for next week's Oceania Cup series in Sydney.

Hockey forward Blake Govers will play for the Kookaburras for the first time since the Rio Olympics at next week's Oceania Cup in Sydney.

Eddie Ockenden, who was a late withdrawal for the World League semi-final in South Africa in June, has also been named in Australia's 18-man squad for the event.

Australia will take on New Zealand and Papua New Guinea in the biennial series, which begins next Wednesday at Sydney Olympic Park.
